The phrase “the world of Thedas” is actually pretty damn annoying. I know it just means “the life in Thedas”, and not a concrete “world”, as in a planet, but speaking of the world of a continent just seems so weird.

While I wouldn’t recommend checking it out for yourself (because idiots) there is a thread on BSN wherein people are expressing an interest in having Maevaris as a follower/companion or at least for her to show up in DA:I AND BY GOLLY IF THAT ISN’T A THING I ALSO WANT. And so I express my interest in the only way I know how: by giving her a pretty outfit.

Maevaris came into being too far into DAI’s development process to be a party member for that game (ironically, by the time fans know nearly anything about a game the time for “big” suggestions is over). Like I mentioned before, however, I’m not done with her just yet. And that’s as much as I’ll say.

Aside from: that is one kick-ass outfit.

You want them gone, all of them have to go.

No female support characters to tell you where to go, to pick your locks, to find you items, to romance, to converse with, to fight beside, to enrich your expirence

No ladies in bikinis, skimpy armor, pasties, impractical dresses, no eye candy for your giant huggy pillow or your mouse pad with ‘gel support’

No little girl escort quests, no women to rescue from the bad guy, no bad guy bait, no moral compas

No mothers or sisters or daughters or wives or girlfriends to have kidnapped, hurt, killed or disappeared for the sake of plot.

No female computer voice overs or fem-bots or even female named ships

No creepy female monsters, no monster nurses, no witches, no demons, no nothing

Nothing even REMOTELY FEMALE

If you want women out of games TAKE THEM ALL OUT. No Exceptions.
